The Montgomery County Public Affairs Department leads the County’s communications efforts, and increases the public's awareness and understanding of County's programs, services, activities, and policies. The department provides strategic communications to corporate and private residents, civic organizations, the media, county officials, and employees across Montgomery County, Alabama.

The Public Affairs office develops and delivers public information campaigns, manages media and community relations, produces events and special projects, designs creative assets, supports internal communications, and captures official photography and videography for the County. These services help ensure residents, community partners, and the press receive timely, relevant, and accessible information.
